Pricing
- Prices are for standard (non-NDIS) video bookings, are based on connected video time and include booking fee and GST. Weekends are charged at after hours rates. *** NDIS booking minimum 1 hour - $150 first hour weekdays. *** If the appointment runs overtime more than 5 minutes the client will be charged in 5 minute blocks at $5 per block. *** If the appointment is running early/late you have a minimum 15 minute window either side of the appointment (discretionary). *** If the call is unable to be connected or a no show a $50 admin fee will be payable (discretionary). *** Cancellations prior to 48 hours will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $50 admin fee. NDIS cancellations within 24 hours - full fee. *** NDIS and face to face bookings have different terms and rates.
